Never Have I Ever...
This form describes a research study conducted by Dr. Mandi Burnette and Shayne Ragbeer, principal investigators from the University of Rochester. The goal of this study is to explore the types of risky behaviors in which college-aged individuals engage. The study involves an online survey that will take approximately 30-35 minutes to complete.
You must be between the ages of 18 and 35 to participate

In this study you will be asked to answer some general questions about your personality as well as some questions about specific risky behaviors and activities in which you may or may not have participated. You will also be asked to complete demographic information and answer a few questions about your current financial situation. We would like you to complete the whole survey, but you may skip any questions that you don’t feel comfortable answering. Participant responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. Only the investigators will have access to your individual responses. Only summarized data will be presented at meetings or in any publications.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary.
You are free not to participate, or to withdraw at any time, for any reason. At the end of this survey you may choose to be entered into a raffle for an Ipod Touch.
